Il est con\u00e7u pour une dur\u00e9e de 10 ans, pos\u00e9 sur des <br>fondations ponctuelles. Construit en ossature bois avec une isolation en bottes de paille de 36 cm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur, un plancher en structure bois soliv\u00e9. La paille est visible sur l\u2019une des fa\u00e7ades pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des enjeux p\u00e9dagogiques, comme mat\u00e9riau performant et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d\u2019un circuit court, un recyclage facile.
